| For website sales we accept payment by Credit Card or PayPal. The cards we accept are: American Express, Delta, Electron, Eurocard, Maestro, Mastercard & Visa. |
| Online payments are made using our PayPal shopping cart. Payment is taken from either your Credit/Debit Card or from your PayPal balance. |

| Online payments are now covered by PayPal. When making a payment you are directed on to their website. All security issues are covered by PayPal. We have no access to your card information. This allows our website to be fully security compliant. |

| Quoted/Listed Prices |
| All our prices include UK sales tax or VAT (Value Added Tax) currently at 20% (Excluding Books/Catalogues). |
| The VAT content is included in the prices on our Shopping Cart and applies to UK & EC orders. All non UK/EC orders are VAT Free. |
| All prices quoted are subject to change (Up or Down) without prior notice whether this is due to Exchange rates, Manufacturers/Suppliers price rises, or other un-foreseen changes. We won't just increase prices because we feel like it! |
| We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'Invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'Offer for sale'. As a result St Martins Accessories Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases. |

| Please note that all transactions on this website are carried out in British Pounds Sterling (£). Once you have placed your order, confirmation with the transaction reference number will be sent to your e-mail address (The one that you provide for your PayPal login). |

| Delivery |
| In stock items will be shipped as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. Delivery is either by Royal Mail or Parcel Force in the UK or by their agent when goods are shipped overseas. Delivery is normally 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). Delivery times on overseas orders vary (usually 7-14 working days). If it is important that your order arrives quicker please phone us 020 7836 9742 and we can arrange to send your order by a faster method. |

| Returns Policy & Guarantee |
| In accordance to the EU Distance Selling Directive, You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancelation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products un-opened within 7 days of receiving your package. You are responsible for ALL the shipping costs involved. |
| All models purchased from us are for Adult collectors, therefore they are designed for display only and not to be played with. The manufacturers normally recommend their products are only suitable for children over 14 years of age. The models we sell are not suitable for younger children as they are not designed as toys. Most have delicate detail parts that could get broken if handled incorrectly.
